The Business Law, Corporate Law and Commercial Law Department provides legal advice to companies, institutional operators, financial institutions, insurance companies and industrial operators during the creation of companies and in relation to the ordinary and extraordinary activities of the company.
Responsibilities:
- Establishment of Tunisian or foreign companies, partially or wholly export-oriented, resident or non-resident.
- Amendments to company articles of association and their legal follow-up.
- Drafting of deeds: sale, transfer, lease (buildings, business assets, etc.)
- Commercial law: commercial contracts, commercial debt collection (formal notices, orders to pay, opposition, summary proceedings), commercial disputes before the courts, legal expertise, commercial leases, etc.

- Litigation/ advising, assisting and representing clients at all stages of legal proceedings.
- Arbitration: assisting you in your proceedings and providing you with the benefit of his expertise either as a LEGAL ADVISER or as an ARBITRATOR.
- IT law: drafting and negotiating all types of contracts related to the use or supply of software (user licences, development, transfer, distribution and maintenance contracts, etc.). All procedures and requests for authorisations relating to telecommunications, media and communication law and the protection of personal data, media, entertainment and telecommunications.
- Industrial property:
Trademark or patent registration, representation before the industrial property office. - Public procurement law: Assistance, drafting, negotiation and management of all public and private contracts.
